YOUNG AFRICAN JOURNALISTS' ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

YAJAP is a one year training program to support cross-border work of young African journalists. It combines skill training, capacity building and practical exercises.

In a series of three workshops complemented by personal coaching the participants are trained to become a part of the growing YAJAP community.


CLIMATE JUSTICE EDITION

The prevailing mentality is that climate change is something that is going to happen in the future. But the data is stunning: Every year since 2010 has been hotter than the previous one. Big parts of the globe are under severe pressure already.

The new YAJAP cycle will approach the topic of climate change, social justice and global interdependencies and will approach collective struggle and systemic change in a journalistic matter.
